Location: Port-au-Prince, Haiti

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant
to support daily operations and ensure efficient office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports and documents
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with project coordination
  • Support management with administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
